4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by BuyGearPump. We accept payments via bank transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), or other agreed-upon secure payment methods for international trade. Manufacturing and order processing will commence only after the agreed deposit or full payment has been received and confirmed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship our industrial pumps globally. Delivery times are estimates based on production schedules and shipping logistics. BuyGearPump is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, force majeure, or third-party freight forwarders. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (FOB/CIF as agreed).
6. Warranty and Returns
Our gear pumps are covered by a standard manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, typically for 12 months from the date of shipment (unless otherwise specified in your contract). This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Due to the industrial nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the equipment is proven defective upon arrival.
