The ZYB-Z heavy oil one-to-one pump is designed for transferring heavy oil and similar media under stable-pressure, continuous-duty working conditions. It is suitable for heavy oil, diesel oil, coal tar, and various low-lubricity media containing non-metallic impurities.
This pump is suitable for media with temperature not higher than 200°C and viscosity not greater than 150 mm²/s. It can be used in grain and oil processing, chemical, building materials, daily chemical production, fuel delivery, and lubrication-related systems where the transferred medium may contain impurities and has limited lubricity.
The pump is especially suitable for applications requiring stable working pressure and long-term continuous operation, such as lubrication systems and fuel delivery or injection systems.
The ZYB-Z pump is not suitable for corrosive media, media containing metallic impurities, sand or stone impurities with particle diameter greater than 3 mm, highly volatile media, or low-flash-point liquids such as gasoline and benzene.

The ZYB-Z heavy oil one-to-one pump adopts a self-sealing lubrication structure and an automatic clearance adjustment structure.
