The ZYB residue oil pump is suitable for transferring heavy oil, diesel oil, coal tar, and other media containing non-metallic impurities. It can also be used in grain and oil processing, chemical, building materials, and daily chemical production industries for transferring various media with impurities and low lubricity.
This pump is suitable for media with temperature not higher than 200°C and viscosity not greater than 150 mm²/s. It is especially suitable for applications requiring stable working pressure and long-term continuous operation, such as lubrication systems and fuel delivery or injection systems.
The ZYB residue oil pump is not suitable for corrosive media, media containing metallic impurities, sand or stone impurities with particle diameter greater than 3 mm, highly volatile media, or media with a low flash point.

The ZYB residue oil pump adopts a self-sealing lubrication structure and an automatic clearance adjustment structure.
