The ZYB booster residue oil gear pump is suitable for transferring low-lubricity media with temperature not higher than 200°C and viscosity higher than 1500 cSt. It is especially suitable for media containing fine particles, including residue oil, coal tar, waste oil, foam raw materials, and edible oil containing additives.

This pump is designed for transfer and pressurization applications involving heavy oil, coal tar, and similar high-viscosity media. It can be used in heavy oil and coal tar transfer, booster service, injection combustion systems, and deep-processing processes for heavy oil or coal tar.

Structure & Materials

The main three body components of the ZYB booster pump, including the pump body, front cover, and rear cover, are made of cast steel. The gears, shaft, and thrust plate are made of alloy structural steel and are heat treated to improve hardness and performance.

The pump structure includes the pump body, pump cover, gears, shaft seal, gland, and related components. The gear tooth surfaces are specially treated for improved hardness and torque resistance.
