The ZYB-B adjustable high-pressure residue oil pump is an improved design based on the original ZYB residue oil pump. It is designed for high-pressure transfer and injection of heavy oil, diesel oil, coal tar, and other low-grade fuel oils containing non-metallic impurities.
This pump is suitable for media with temperature not higher than 200°C and viscosity not greater than 150 mm²/s. It is especially suitable for fuel injection applications in petroleum, chemical, grain oil, building materials, daily chemical, road construction, power, and asphalt mixing industries. It can also be used in working conditions that require stable pressure and long-term continuous operation, such as lubrication systems.
Structure & Working Features
The main components of the ZYB-B adjustable high-pressure residue oil pump are made from stable-performance materials and are heat treated to provide high strength and hardness. The pump uses hydraulic balance technology to support good efficiency, low noise, smooth operation, stable pressure, and extended pressure-holding performance under high-pressure working conditions.
The pump is equipped with an adjustable gear end-clearance structure. When the working pressure decreases after long-term operation, the gear end clearance inside the pump can be adjusted through the external fine-adjustment mechanism on the pump cover. This helps restore working pressure and allows multiple adjustments during service.
