The YHCB vehicle-mounted circular arc pump is mainly suitable for transferring clean, non-corrosive oil media without solid particles. The applicable medium viscosity is from 5 to 1500 cSt, and the medium temperature should be below 80°C.
The pump can be installed on a vehicle and driven by the power take-off output shaft of the vehicle gearbox. It is suitable for mobile oil transfer applications where a truck-mounted pump structure is required.
Structure & Configuration
This series is available with three gear configurations: nylon gear, steel gear, and copper gear. Nylon gears and copper gears are suitable for transferring gasoline, kerosene, diesel, and similar flammable or explosive media when properly configured for the operating conditions.
For applications such as beverage transfer or chemical raw material transfer, the pump can be customized according to user requirements and the actual characteristics of the medium.
The circular arc gear pump can also be mounted on a movable trolley for mobile installation and use. This requirement should be specified when ordering.
