The YHCB self-priming pump is described as a vehicle-mounted pump that can be installed on trucks and tank trucks. It uses circular arc gear technology, and the gear meshing structure helps avoid trapped liquid during operation. The gear tooth surfaces have no sliding contact, which helps reduce wear and noise while supporting efficient pump operation.
The pump has strong self-priming performance and uses the transferred liquid to lubricate internal pump components. Before startup, the pump does not need to be pre-filled with liquid. An elastic coupling is installed on the pump body to compensate for small installation deviations and provide a buffering effect when the pump is subject to hydraulic shock.
The discharge pressure of the YHCB self-priming pump depends on the resistance at the pump outlet. As an energy-saving gear pump, it features large flow, high pressure, compact size, low noise, strong self-priming capability, and convenient installation and maintenance. It is suitable for tank truck modification and petroleum-related mobile transfer applications.
Working Principle
The YHCB self-priming pump is a positive displacement pump. Two gears, the pump body, and the front and rear covers form two enclosed spaces. When the gears rotate, the volume on the gear disengagement side increases from small to large, forming a vacuum and drawing liquid into the pump.
On the gear meshing side, the enclosed volume decreases from large to small, forcing the liquid into the outlet pipeline. The suction chamber and discharge chamber are separated by the meshing line of the two gears.
The pump can be installed on a vehicle and driven by the power take-off output shaft of the vehicle gearbox.
