YHCB On-board Gear Pump

Short Description

The YHCB On-board Gear Pump offers an energy-efficient solution for industrial oil transfer. Featuring an advanced dual circular-arc gear design, it delivers:

  • High Performance: Large flow capacity with high discharge pressure.
  • Reversible Operation: Inlet and outlet adapt to motor rotation direction.
  • Strong Self-Priming: Reliable startup and efficient fluid handling.

The YHCB On-board Gear Pump is an advanced, energy-efficient pump designed specifically to meet the growing demands of industrial oil transfer. Featuring a compact size, low noise operation, and low input speed requirements, it is highly suitable for on-board vehicle mounting and a wide variety of industrial fluid handling applications.

This pump is constructed with a precise dual circular-arc gear structure. As the gears mesh, it provides powerful self-priming capabilities and smooth fluid displacement. Notably, the pump supports reversible operation, meaning the fluid inlet and outlet ports can be easily swapped simply by changing the direction of the motor’s rotation.

Features & Advantages

The YHCB series is engineered for high performance and ease of use, delivering the following key advantages:

  • Exceptional Performance: Achieves high flow rates and high discharge pressure despite its compact footprint.
  • Energy Efficiency: Operates effectively at lower input speeds, significantly reducing energy consumption and minimizing operational noise.
  • Easy Maintenance: The straightforward design allows for quick installation and hassle-free maintenance. Regular checks on bearing wear and lubrication keep the pump running in optimal condition.
  • Reversible Flexibility: The ability to operate in both forward and reverse directions provides exceptional piping and installation flexibility.

Operation & Maintenance Guidelines

To ensure the longevity and efficiency of your YHCB Gear Pump:

  • Pre-Start Check: Ensure the outlet valve and gauges are properly opened before starting the motor to avoid over-pressurization.
  • Lubrication: Regularly add lubricating oil to the bearing housing, keeping the oil level at the center line of the oil mark.
  • Temperature Limits: During operation, the bearing temperature should not exceed 35°C above ambient temperature, with an absolute maximum of 80°C.
  • Cold Environment Startup: If handling high-viscosity oils in cold environments, ensure the pump is properly heated before starting to avoid motor overload.
  • Operation Range: Keep the flow and discharge pressure within the rated parameters listed on the nameplate to maximize energy-saving benefits and prevent abnormal noises.
