Three-Screw Insulation Pump

Three-Screw Insulation Pump

Three-Screw Insulation Pump

Short Description

The three-screw insulation pump is designed for high-viscosity lubricating liquids that are difficult to convey at normal temperature. Key features include:

  • Heat Preservation Design: Suitable for media requiring steam, thermal oil, hot water, or other heat carrier support.
  • High-Viscosity Transfer: Commonly used for asphalt, heavy fuel oil, crude oil, and similar lubricating liquids.
  • Flexible Installation: Available in baseplate, bracket, and foot-mounted structures.
  • Multiple Mounting Options: Supports horizontal, flange-mounted, and vertical installation.
  • Wide Applications: Used in heating equipment, machinery, petrochemical, food, marine, and hydraulic systems.

The three-screw insulation pump is mainly used for high-viscosity lubricating liquids that cannot be conveyed at normal temperature. It is commonly used for asphalt, heavy fuel oil, crude oil, and similar media in transfer and burner supply applications.

The pump is designed with heat preservation support. The heat carrier can be steam, thermal oil, hot water, or other suitable heating medium according to the operating requirements. The general maximum working temperature is ≤250°C. If the required operating temperature exceeds this range, it should be specified when ordering.

The pump uses a modular component design and is available in multiple structural forms, including baseplate-mounted, bracket-mounted, and foot-mounted configurations. It can be used for horizontal, flange-mounted, or vertical installation, and the inlet and outlet directions can be arranged on the left or right side according to system requirements.

Features & Advantages

  • Designed for Heated Media: Suitable for high-viscosity lubricating liquids that require heat preservation before transfer.
  • Wide Flow Range: Flow range is 1.6–600 m³/h according to the source material.
  • High Working Pressure: Maximum working pressure can reach 4.0 MPa.
  • Flexible Structure: Available in baseplate, bracket, and foot-mounted designs.
  • Multiple Installation Options: Supports horizontal, flange-mounted, and vertical installation.
  • Adjustable Port Direction: Pump inlet and outlet directions can be arranged on the left or right side.
  • Heat Carrier Options: Steam, thermal oil, hot water, and other heating media can be used as heat carriers.
