The stainless steel external lubrication pump is suitable for transferring non-lubricating, corrosive, and sanitary-condition fluids that do not contain solid particles, fibers, or similar impurities. It can handle general-viscosity and high-viscosity fluids within the specified operating range.
The applicable medium temperature range is -20°C to 80°C, and the viscosity range is 5–5000 cSt. The pump is suitable for clean fluid transfer applications where stainless steel construction, stable operation, and material compatibility are required.
The pump mainly consists of three parts: cam rotors, shaft seal, and gearbox. A pair of synchronized transmission gears drives the cam rotors to rotate, enabling continuous transfer of the medium. The shaft seal can be designed as a packing seal or mechanical seal according to different working conditions.
The pump uses a high-strength cast iron gearbox, helical gears, and heavy-duty bearings to support long service life. The main pump section uses a cartridge-style assembly, allowing rotor clearance adjustment without removing the gearbox.
The O-ring material is silicone rubber. When the medium is corrosive, PTFE can be used according to the source material. Viewed from the motor toward the pump, the pump rotates clockwise.
Features & Advantages
- Designed for Clean Fluids: Suitable for media without solid particles, fibers, or similar impurities.
- Handles Non-Lubricating Media: External lubrication design supports transfer of non-lubricating fluids.
- Suitable for Corrosive Media: Stainless steel construction and PTFE O-ring option support selected corrosive fluids.
- Medium- and High-Viscosity Transfer: Suitable for fluids with viscosity from 5 to 5000 cSt.
- Synchronized Rotor Operation: Timing gears drive the cam rotors for stable medium transfer.
- Flexible Shaft Seal Options: Packing seal or mechanical seal can be selected according to operating conditions.
- Cartridge-Style Assembly: Rotor clearance can be adjusted without disassembling the gearbox.
- Clockwise Rotation: The pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the motor side.
