The stainless steel asphalt insulation pump is suitable for transferring media that may solidify at normal temperature and require heat preservation during operation. It is especially suitable for outdoor installation in cold regions and process systems where the conveyed medium must be heated or kept warm.
The pump can be used for non-corrosive media without solid particles, with medium temperature up to 250°C and viscosity from 5 to 1500 cSt according to the source material. It is also suitable for selected corrosive or non-corrosive liquids requiring higher sanitary conditions, provided the medium contains no solid particles and material compatibility is confirmed.
The pump body is designed with a hollow jacket and inlet and outlet flanges. Heat transfer oil, steam, hot water, or other suitable media can be used to heat, preserve heat, or cool the conveyed liquid and the pump body.
The pump is made of 304 stainless steel according to the source material. It can be used for chemical raw materials, heavy oil, asphalt, glue, resin, pharmaceutical filling liquids, food-related liquids, cosmetics, pesticides, detergents, printing and dyeing liquids, brewing liquids, and similar media under suitable operating conditions.
The transmission mode can be direct motor drive or reducer drive. When the liquid viscosity exceeds 1500 cSt, reducer drive should be used.
