The NYP stainless steel high-viscosity rotor pump is designed for transferring high-viscosity fluids in petroleum, chemical, coating, grease, pharmaceutical, dye, food, and related industries. It is suitable for media temperatures from -10°C to 150°C and viscosity from 1.0 cSt to 300,000 cSt.
This pump is suitable for a wide range of special fluids, including useful acids, fatty acids, alkaline materials, caustic soda, soda water, polymers, soap, shampoo, animal fat, vegetable oil, chocolate, and other high-viscosity or difficult-to-transfer media.
The NYP high-viscosity rotor pump mainly consists of inner and outer rotors, shaft, pump body, pump cover, bracket, seal, and bearing. It transfers liquid smoothly with low pulsation, low vibration, and low noise. Pump flow changes linearly with speed, so the flow rate can be adjusted by changing pump speed.
The shaft end uses a mechanical seal according to the source material. The pump can be configured to help reduce leakage, support bidirectional transfer, and meet different installation and process requirements. Optional heating jackets can be added to the front cover and magnetic coupling containment sleeve for media requiring temperature support.

- Flanged Connection: Standard flange connection is available, and bare pump head supply is supported.
- Dynamic Axial Balance: Dynamic axial balancing helps reduce axial load, lower power consumption, and extend service life.
