The LYB Vertical Circular Arc Gear Pump is a vertical gear pump designed for forced lubrication and long-term continuous operation in thin oil station systems. It is widely used in large mechanical equipment where stable oil delivery, low noise, and reliable service life are important.
Unlike ordinary involute gear pumps, the LYB pump uses a double circular arc sinusoidal gear profile. During gear meshing, the tooth profiles have no relative sliding, which helps reduce tooth surface wear and eliminates trapped oil. This design supports smooth operation, lower noise, longer service life, and improved efficiency.
The pump is mainly composed of gears, shafts, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeves, and shaft-end sealing components. This series is supplied with a mechanical seal as standard, and packing seal can also be provided according to user requirements.
