The LQB Series low-flow jacketed gear pump is designed for transferring non-corrosive media that contain no solid particles and may solidify at normal temperature. It is especially suitable for outdoor installation in cold regions and for production processes where the conveyed medium must be heated, insulated, or temperature-controlled.
This pump is commonly used for transferring heavy oil, asphalt, glue, resin, detergent, and similar materials. According to the provided operating range, the medium temperature can reach up to 250°C, and the applicable viscosity range is 5 to 1500 cSt.
The pump body is built with a hollow jacket and is equipped with inlet and outlet flanges. Heat transfer oil, steam, hot water, or other suitable thermal media can be introduced into the jacket to heat, insulate, or cool both the pump and the conveyed liquid during operation.
Features & Advantages
- Jacketed Structure: Hollow pump body jacket supports thermal oil, steam, hot water, or other temperature-control media.
- Designed for Temperature-Sensitive Media: Helps maintain flowability for materials that may solidify at normal temperature.
- Suitable for Cold-Area Installation: Appropriate for outdoor use in high-cold regions where heat preservation is required.
- Handles Viscous Liquids: Applicable to media with viscosity from 5 to 1500 cSt.
- Process Temperature Capability: Supports conveyed media temperatures up to 250°C.
- Clean Media Transfer: Intended for non-corrosive liquids without solid particles.
