The KCB series full stainless steel gear pump is mainly used for transferring lubricating oil in lubrication systems of mechanical equipment. It is suitable for lubricating oils with viscosity from 5 to 1500 cSt and temperature below 300°C.

This stainless steel gear pump can also transfer non-lubricating oils, beverages, and low-corrosive liquids according to material compatibility and operating requirements. When equipped with copper gears, it may be used for low-flash-point liquids such as gasoline and benzene under suitable operating conditions.

The pump is available in 304, 316, and 316L stainless steel materials. It can be used as a transfer pump or booster pump in oil transfer systems, as a delivery, pressurizing, or injection fuel pump in fuel oil systems, and as a lubricating oil pump in various industrial applications.

The KCB series full stainless steel gear pump is also suitable for large-flow oil transfer and unloading applications in oilfields, oil depots, ports, docks, ships, and related oil handling systems.

Structure

The KCB series full stainless steel gear pump mainly consists of gears, shafts, pump body, return valve, and shaft-end seal. The gears and shafts are installed together in replaceable shaft sleeves. During operation, all internal parts are automatically lubricated by the conveyed medium.

The pump is equipped with a return valve for overload protection. The full return pressure of the return valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump. It can also be adjusted within the allowable discharge pressure range according to actual requirements. However, the return valve should not be used as a long-term pressure reducing valve. If pressure reduction is required, a separate pressure reducing valve should be installed in the pipeline.

Viewed from the shaft extension end, the pump rotates clockwise.
