The G type stainless steel single screw pump is a progressive cavity pump designed for stable transfer of viscous, slurry-like, particle-containing, and fiber-containing media. The screw shaft and rubber stator form separate sealed cavities through their special geometry, allowing the medium to move evenly in the axial direction.
Because the internal flow velocity is low, the cavity volume remains stable, and the pressure is steady, the pump helps reduce vortex formation and agitation. This makes it suitable for media that require gentle, continuous, and stable transfer.
The G type stainless steel single screw pump has strong medium adaptability. It can handle high-viscosity fluids as well as media containing hard suspended particles or fibers under suitable operating conditions.
Each pump stage has an output pressure of 0.6 MPa and a head of 60 m for clean water according to the source material. The general self-priming height is about 6 m.

Working Principle
The G type stainless steel single screw pump uses the rotation of a screw rotor inside a rubber stator to form continuously moving sealed cavities. As the rotor turns, these cavities move from the suction side to the discharge side, pushing the medium forward at a stable volume and pressure.
This working principle supports steady, low-pulsation transfer and helps reduce agitation, making the pump suitable for viscous, suspended, and sensitive media.
