The G type stainless steel single screw pump is a progressive cavity pump designed for stable transfer of viscous, slurry-like, particle-containing, and fiber-containing media. Working Principle

The G type stainless steel single screw pump uses the rotation of a screw rotor inside a rubber stator to form continuously moving sealed cavities. As the rotor turns, these cavities move from the suction side to the discharge side, pushing the medium forward at a stable volume and pressure.

This working principle supports steady, low-pulsation transfer and helps reduce agitation, making the pump suitable for viscous, suspended, and sensitive media.
