The DHB series ignition oil pump is designed for fuel delivery and injection in boiler ignition and burner systems. It uses a double-acting rotor pump structure and is intended to provide smooth operation, low vibration and noise, stable pressure, and good fuel atomization for more complete combustion.
The pump is connected to the motor through a coupling, making pump replacement and maintenance more convenient. The series is mainly used for diesel injection before coal-fired boiler startup and front-end fuel injection in fuel-fired boilers. It can also be used for burner ignition, asphalt mixing systems, and similar fuel delivery applications.
The main medium is diesel. The pump can also be used for other clean, low-viscosity fuel oils with similar properties, as well as lubricating media with viscosity from 5 to 1500 cSt and temperature not higher than 200°C. Suitable media include heavy oil, crude oil, industrial light oil, diesel, and similar clean oil media. If the medium is corrosive or contains fibers, the requirement should be specified when ordering.
Structure & Working Features
The DHB series ignition oil pump adopts a double-acting rotor pump structure. It is designed for stable discharge pressure and high-pressure fuel delivery in ignition systems.
An internal automatic compensation structure helps the pump maintain long-term stable operation at the set pressure. The pump materials described in the source include cast steel, alloy steel, and 40Cr steel, with an alloy mechanical seal. Special materials and manufacturing processes are used to improve gear strength and operating performance.
