The BCB cycloidal internal gear pump is suitable for transferring lubricating oil and other similar liquids that are non-corrosive and free of solid particles or fibers. It is designed for media with a temperature not higher than 150°C and viscosity from 5 to 1500 cSt.
This pump can be used as a transfer and booster pump in oil delivery systems, as a fuel pump for delivery, pressurization, and injection in fuel systems, and as a lubrication pump in industrial equipment and production systems.
Working Principle & Structure
The BCB series gear pump mainly consists of gears, shaft, pump body, pump cover, and shaft-end sealing components. Its gear tooth profile uses a cycloidal arc design. The pump features a compact structure, smooth operation, good efficiency, and long service life. Seal options include mechanical seal and packing seal, which can be selected according to operating requirements.
