The 3GL vertical marine three-screw pump is designed for conveying clean, non-corrosive lubricating liquids without solid particles. It is suitable for media with temperatures up to 150°C and viscosity from 3 to 760 cSt.
This vertical marine screw pump is mainly used in fuel oil transfer, hydraulic engineering, marine engineering, petrochemical systems, and other industrial applications. Its operating pressure range is 0.6–2.5 MPa, and its applicable flow range is 0.6–123 m³/h.
The pump delivers liquid in a continuous linear flow with low pulsation and no agitation. Its three-screw structure helps provide stable pressure, low vibration, low noise, and efficient operation in supported systems.
The 3GL vertical marine three-screw pump generally uses a mechanical seal. It is driven by an electric motor through a claw-type coupling. Viewed from the shaft extension end, the pump rotates clockwise.
