Short Description

The 3G three-screw pump is designed for smooth transfer of non-corrosive oils and similar lubricating liquids. Key features include:

The 3G three-screw pump is designed and manufactured according to GB10887-89. It is a rotary positive displacement pump that uses the meshing principle of screw rotors to deliver liquid continuously and evenly along the axial direction.

During operation, the rotating screws mesh with each other inside the pump sleeve. The conveyed medium is enclosed in sealed chambers formed by the screw engagement and is pushed steadily toward the discharge port. This design provides stable pressure and smooth liquid delivery for the system.

The 3G three-screw pump is suitable for conveying non-corrosive oils and similar lubricating liquids. The general viscosity range of the conveyed liquid is 3.0–760 mm²/s, or 1.2–100°E. High-viscosity media may be conveyed after heating to reduce viscosity. The operating temperature is generally not higher than 350°C.

The 3G three-screw pump can be used as a burner pump or transfer pump in heating equipment. In oil transfer systems, it can serve as a transfer pump or refueling pump. In machinery applications, it can be used as a hydraulic pump, lubrication pump, or remote-control motor pump. In chemical, petrochemical, and food industries, it can be used as a liquid supply pump. On ships, it can be used as a transfer pump, booster pump, fuel injection pump, lubricating oil pump, or marine pump.

The pump is widely used in petroleum, power generation, chemical fiber, shipbuilding, metallurgy, glass, machinery, machine tools, road construction, and other industries.

Series Classification

The 3G general-purpose three-screw pump series is classified by application as follows:

  • 3G: For 3–20°E lubricating oil, temperature ≤80°C
  • 3GR: For 3–50°E heavy fuel oil, temperature ≤120°C
  • 3Gr: For 1.2–5°E light fuel oil, temperature ≤120°C
  • 3GW: For high-temperature heated fuel oil, temperature ≤150°C
  • 3GN: For 100°E high-viscosity oil, temperature ≤80°C
