The 3-2RP lobe rotor pump is a rotary positive displacement pump. It is suitable for transferring media with temperature from -30°C to +80°C and viscosity from 30 to 1.0 × 10⁵ cSt, including suspended liquids containing solid particles, corrosive media, and media with high sanitary requirements.
The internal parts of the pump body that contact the medium are made of stainless steel. The pump speed can be adjusted according to the physical properties of different media, helping meet different process transfer requirements.
Structure & Working Features
The 3-2RP lobe rotor pump mainly consists of lobe rotors, shaft seal, and gearbox. A pair of synchronously rotating transmission gears drives the lobe rotors, allowing the pump to transfer the medium through rotary positive displacement action.
The shaft seal can be designed as a packing seal or mechanical seal according to different working conditions. The pump uses a high-strength cast iron gearbox, helical gears, and heavy-duty bearings to support long service life under suitable operating conditions.
The main section uses a cartridge-style assembly, allowing rotor clearance adjustment without disassembling the gearbox.
The O-ring is made of silicone rubber. When the medium is corrosive, PTFE can be used. Viewed from the motor toward the pump, the standard pump rotation direction is clockwise.
