Scope of Application

Suitable for conveying lubricating oil or other liquids with similar properties that do not contain solid particles or fibers, are non-corrosive, have a temperature not exceeding 80°C, and a viscosity range of 5×10⁻⁶ to 1.5×10⁻³ m²/s (5 to 1500 cSt). It can also be used in hydraulic transmission systems.

Applications

In oil transfer systems, it can be used as a transfer or booster pump.
In fuel systems, it serves as a fuel pump for delivery, pressurization, and injection.
In hydraulic transmission systems, it can be used as a hydraulic pump to provide hydraulic power.
In various industrial fields, it can be used as a lubricating oil pump.

Structural Features

This series of gear pumps is mainly composed of gears, shafts, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeves, and shaft-end seals. The gears adopt a double-arc sine curve tooth profile. Compared with involute gears, the most notable advantage of this design is the absence of relative sliding between tooth surfaces during meshing, which results in no wear on the gear teeth, smooth operation, no trapping of liquid, low noise, long service life, and high efficiency. This pump design breaks away from traditional constraints, bringing gear pump design, manufacturing, and application into a new realm.

The pump is equipped with a safety valve for overload protection. The full return pressure of the safety valve is set at 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump. It can also be adjusted within the allowable discharge pressure range according to actual needs. However, this safety valve is not intended for long-term use as a pressure-reducing valve. If necessary, an external pressure relief valve should be installed in the pipeline.

The pump shaft seal is available in two types: mechanical seal and packing seal. The appropriate sealing type can be selected based on specific application conditions and user requirements.

When viewed from the shaft extension end, the pump rotates clockwise.
